Directions
Travel to East Dereham on the A47. Once on the dual carriage way bypassing Dereham take the second slip road off (Tescos). Take the 3rd exit off the roundabout and continue underneath the A47 bridge and go straight through the Dereham outskirts then through the town centre. Once you are at the set of traffic lights outside the war memorial, go through these and take a right opposite the George Hotel, marked 'Holt' along the B1110/B1146. Follow the road past the school on your right and golf course on your left. You will slow down for a sharp almost right angle bend that curves to your right. On that bend is a road that shoots off to your left marked 'Dillington'. Take this road and we are 1.25 miles down in the valley on your right.

From Watton , travel to East Dereham on the A1075 . Once in the town you will go underneath the A47. You will come to a set of traffic lights. take a left here and go straight through the Dereham outskirts then through the town centre. Once you are at the set of traffic lights outside the war memorial, go through these and take a right opposite the George Hotel, marked 'Holt' along the B1110/B1146. Either reach the A47 via Norwich or: Travel to East Dereham on the B1135. We are 2 miles North west of East Dereham. East Dereham is situated directly in the centre of Norfolk. From which ever way you enter the county it is advised that you find the A 47. If travelling from the west follow the directions from Kings Lynn or Swaffham or if you are travelling from south it is advised that you travel to Norwich on the A11 then follow the directions from Norwich via the A47
