Mint, Corsican (Mentha requienii)

Mint, Corsican – Mentha requienii

Mint, Corsican – Mentha requienii is a hardy semi-evergreen perennial with a creeping habit. Also called ‘Rock Mint’ it has tiny green leaves with a strong peppermint scent. Tiny mauve flowers throughout the summer. Often confused with ‘Mind your own business’

This ground hugging mint gives a mossy effect around paving stones, pots or sink gardens. Looks great in rock gardens or a paved path where it can grow amongst the cracks.
