Salvia Day Glow
Salvia Day Glow is a vigorous Salvia with eye catching flowers in a shade reminiscent of a bright sixties pink!
One of our favourites here as it is such a good performer in the garden and flowers for an incredibly long period. Loved by pollinators too, we often see Hummingbird Hawkmoths here enjoying the blooms.
Excellent for pots, beds and borders. Plant in a warm, sunny spot in free draining soil.
As with all salvias, this variety is ideal for drought tolerant planting schemes. A long flowering season and popular with pollinators, it is easy to see why Salvias are growing in popularity!
Salvias are very easy to care for in the garden. Trim plants in late summer for Autumn flowering and leave plants over winter. After winter trim back in the warmth of the spring, subsequently this will promote strong re-growth.
