Last order date for plants is the 10pm Wednesday 6th December.
Last order date for posted Gift Vouchers is Monday 18th December
Last order date for emailed Gift Vouchers is Saturday 23rd December

Deliveries by sent by next day carrier and are sent as ‘Signature Optional’. This does not require you to be at home for the delivery. However, it is important to type delivery instructions when you reach the checkout telling us and the carrier of a safe place to leave the plants.
We endeavour to send out orders as quickly as possible. Delays can occasionally occur if we experience an exceptionally busy week or during bad weather. May and June are our busiest months and timeframe from order to delivery can be up to 10 working days. Such delays are reported on the delivery page.
Spam emails and texts-
Emails and texts from couriers requesting payment are almost certainly spam and should be ignored. We use DHL Parcel UK and you WILL receive information from them but only after hearing from us. If you are at all concerned about such emails etc, ask us and please report it if it is false. NEVER pay extra to ANY delivery company. No company should ever require this.
Delivery dispatch days-
We send plants Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs. We do not send out on a Friday unless you choose the Saturday delivery option. When you receive your order dispatch notification, you can usually expect the plants to arrive the following day.
Specific delivery times-
We can time your delivery to arrive on a specific day (with exception of Sunday and Monday). This is ideal if you are buying a gift.
Packaging
Plants are sent out in strong bespoke packaging which is made from recycled materials. Please re-use or recycle the packaging.

Thankfully delivery problems are very rare but if you have any problems with your delivery please let us know straight away so we can sort the issue out. Please see further details on this in our terms and conditions
