Marjoram Sweet – Origanum marjorana

Marjoram Sweet – Origanum marjorana has leaves that impart a wonderfully sweet fragrance when crushed. Plant in a very sheltered position, give glass protection in winter or for ease, treat as an Annual. Use the leaves in roasts, barbecues and sausages. It is actually quite delicious to mix a few leaves with garlic butter to stuff chicken fillets
