Curry Plant (Helichrysum italicum)

Curry Plant – Helichrysum italicum

Curry Plant – Helichrysum italicum is an evergreen perennial with aromatic bright silver grey foliage. Yellow flowers in the summer. The foliage has a very strong smell of curry, even untouched.

Prune regularly in order to keep a neat bush shape. Its spicy curry scent will be much more pronounced if planted in a warm, sheltered spot.

The silver foliage also contrasts well with other plants so looks great in borders.
