Mint, Apple (Mentha suaveolens)

Mint, Apple – Mentha suaveolens

Mint, Apple – Mentha suaveolens has foliage with a strong scent of russet apples. Attractive flowers in summer that are also attractive to bees and other pollinators.

This variety is ideal for mint sauce.

Use for teas, or garnishing fruit cups and sweet dishes. Maybe add some to jazz up a summer drink or a cocktail.

As with all mints it is a vigorous grower. It will grow quite happily in a container where it can’t be too boisterous next to other plants!
