Oregano, Greek – Origanum vulgare subsp. hitrum ‘Greek’ is a delicious oregano from Greece which has a spicy, hot flavour. A hardy perennial which has aromatic green leaves. Mauve flowers in summer that are particularly attractive to bees and other pollinators.

A very popular culinary herb that you can add to many dishes. Plant in a well drained, sunny site. Alternatively grow in pots or containers. Pick fresh leaves when needed or you can dry or freeze them.
