Sage, Spanish or Lavender Leaved – Salvia lavandulifolia has narrow grey green leaves that have a wonderful fragrance. It also has light blue/mauve flowers that are very attractive to bees and other pollinators. All in all a great sage to grow in the garden.
In use in the production of Sage oil. This variety can also has culinary properties but it has a stronger flavour than our more familiar Sage.
