Tansy – Tanecetum vulgare

Tansy – Tanecetum vulgare is a naturalised plant and also an old cottage garden favourite. Aromatic fern like leaves with yellow button flowers. Once used, dried and crushed as a flavouring spice in fruit pasties, cakes and puddings. Effective as a fly repellent.
