Pennyroyal, Harts – Mentha cervine is also known as Water Spearmint.

It is a great herb for boggy places and pond margins. It will be happy in any moist, heavy soil. This plant has narrow leaved foliage which have a strong mint scent.

Furthermore, it has particularly attractive whorls of pale lilac or blue-mauve flowers which bees and butterflies love. Medicinal properties.
