Thyme, Pink Chintz (Thymus serpyllum)

Thyme, Pink Chintz – Thymus serpyllum

Thyme, Pink Chintz – Thymus serpyllum is really one of the prettiest of all the Thymes! A creeping variety which has grey green, pearly foliage with starry pale pink flowers. The flowers are also particularly attractive to bees and other pollinators.

Plant this decorative thyme in a sunny, sheltered position in the border. Looks good in rock gardens, as ground cover or when used in containers. Make sure this Thyme has good drainage, it doesn’t like being wet in winter.
