Coriander, Vietnamese (Persicaria odorata)

Coriander, Vietnamese – Persicaria odorata

Coriander, Vietnamese – Persicaria odorata is a vigorous, tropical herb. This culinary herb has pungent aromatic leaves that also have a unique flavour. Great for Asian dishes!

Grow in full sun in a free draining soil. Bring inside over the winter months. We recommend that you also pinch out the tips regularly to encourage fresh leaf growth.

The strong flavour of Vietnamese Coriander works well in many recipes. It is particularly good in stir-fry dishes and curries. Add the leaves at the end of cooking to retain the flavour. You can also use young leaves sparingly in salads.
