Salvia Clotted Cream

Salvia Clotted Cream is a great variety with attractive cream flowers. Slightly lower growing and more compact compared to other varieties. Works well with some of our darker coloured salvias for a good contrast. This salvia is also known as Salvia Lemon Pie so you may receive either label

Excellent for pots, beds and borders. Plant in a warm, sunny spot in free draining soil.

As with all salvias, this variety is ideal for drought tolerant planting schemes. A long flowering season and popular with pollinators, it is easy to see why Salvias are growing in popularity!

Salvias are very easy to care for in the garden. Trim plants in late summer for Autumn flowering and leave plants over winter. After winter trim back in the warmth of the spring, subsequently this will promote strong re-growth.
