Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)
Yarrow – Achillea millefolium is a familiar wayside wild flower and ancient herb. It is a hardy perennial which has soft feather like foliage. Small creamy white flowers in summer that are also very popular with pollinators.
Yarrow has many traditional medicinal uses. Achilles healed his warriors with yarrow, hence then name ‘Achillea’.
